1. Information We Collect

• Email address — used to deliver your eSIM QR code and installation instructions, and for support correspondence.
• Payment status — order ID, payment ID, and payment verification status from Razorpay, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID, or netbanking credentials.
• eSIM provisioning data — the plan purchased (data volume, validity, coverage) and its activation status, used to deliver and support your order.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information solely to process your order, deliver your eSIM profile, provide customer support, and comply with tax and financial record-keeping obligations under Indian law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are handled directly by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Your card, UPI, and netbanking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on NetChalu's servers.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit and restricted server-side access to order records. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain order and payment-verification records for as long as required to support your purchase, resolve disputes, and meet applicable accounting and tax retention requirements under Indian law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@netchalu.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
