These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NetChalu ("NetChalu", "we", "us", "our"), a platform operated for the sale of prepaid international eSIM data bundles, accessible at https://netchalu.com. By purchasing or using a NetChalu eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
NetChalu sells prepaid mobile data bundles delivered as eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles, sourced from third-party international connectivity partners and their underlying mobile network operators. Each bundle provides a fixed amount of data, valid for a fixed number of days, for use in one or more countries as described on the plan at the time of purchase. NetChalu is a data-only reseller; we do not provide voice calling or SMS services unless explicitly stated on a plan.
2. Eligibility & Device Compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchase. NetChalu is not liable for a device's inability to install or activate an eSIM profile due to hardware or carrier-lock limitations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use a NetChalu eSIM for any unlawful purpose, to resell data bundles commercially without our written consent, or to attempt to circumvent fair-use or network-management policies imposed by underlying carrier partners. NetChalu reserves the right to suspend a profile found in breach of these Terms.
4. Coverage Disclaimer
Network availability, signal strength, and data speeds depend on local mobile carriers at each port, coastline, or destination and are outside NetChalu's direct control. This is particularly relevant for seafarers and maritime professionals, where coverage may vary based on vessel position, proximity to shore, and the roaming agreements of local network operators. NetChalu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity and is not liable for outages, slowdowns, or coverage gaps caused by third-party networks.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. NetChalu does not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Activation & Delivery
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to install the profile before your intended travel date, per any autostart/validity window noted on the plan.
7. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetChalu's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant eSIM bundle. NetChalu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from network unavailability or third-party carrier performance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
